Jason Tom is a civil litigation attorney with extensive trial and litigation experience. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tom represented Florida clients in county and circuit criminal court as an Assistant Public Defender of the Seventeenth Circuit conducting numerous bench and jury trials. Mr. Tom most recently spent years handling claims on behalf of the insurance carriers for all pre-suit manners including coverage disputes, appraisal, arbitration and the claim adjustment process and through lawsuits relating to assignment of benefits, homeowner claims and large commercial properties. Mr. Tom litigated hundreds of cases throughout Florida before County and Circuit Courts as well as Federal Courts including the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Mr. Tom graduated from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law with a Juris Doctor. While in law school, Mr. Tom was the President of the Tort Law Society and an Articles Editor for Nova Law Review. Prior to attending NSU, Mr. Tom completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University.
