Morgan A. Dean is an Associate Attorney at Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. and focuses on consumer protection law and property insurance claims.
Morgan is from Pleasant Plain, Ohio, and graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Ball State University in 2017. Morgan earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2022.
While in law school, Morgan worked at a real estate and business law firm in Tampa, before joining Kuhn Raslavich as a law clerk and working as a legal intern with the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County. During her time in law school, Morgan was the President of the Elder Law Society, the Secretary of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society, a Stetson Ambassador, a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and a pupil in the Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Litigation American Inn of Court.
Morgan is the recipient of the LeRoy Y. Hooks Elder Law Scholarship, a Stetson Law Merit Scholarship, as well as the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award, for her outstanding pro bono work performed while in law school for organizations such as the ABA Commission on Homelessness and Poverty and the Florida Department of Elder Affairs. Morgan is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar and a member of the Business Law, Environmental & Land Use Law, and Trial Lawyers sections of the Florida Bar.
Morgan lives in Tampa and in her free time enjoys being outdoors, reading, and spending time with her dogs, CillaPug and Goose, and her cat, Bean.
