Adam M. Kay, Esq. focuses his practice on the representation of individuals and businesses in all areas of civil litigation, including but not limited to contractor insurance claims, property owner insurance claims, hurricane claims, fire claims, insurance coverage disputes, professional malpractice, extra-contractual liability (bad faith), premises liability, personal injury, and wrongful death. Adam Kay is an advocate of personally working closely with each one of his clients and being able to provide them with a personal and unique perspective on every case. Adam currently concentrates his wealth of trial and litigation experience on fighting for the rights of Florida’s insureds and for the rights of the injured.
After graduating from College at Oakland University in 2008, Adam attended Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of International Law and received the Jurisprudence Award in Professional Responsibility. Adam was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
