Hello, I am submitting a review of Kuhn Raslavich PA. We were connnected with Kuhn Raslavich PA via our adjuster in regards to a denial from our insurance carrier for a hail damage claim. Our lawyer, Zuleika Castro De Jesus was excellent. Me and my wife did not have any experience in any legal matters of this magnitude, but she walked us through everything, helped us stay at ease, and used her expertise to guide us to reaching a settlement. We highly recommend the firm of Kuhn Raslavich PA, they are very good at what they do, and we are very grateful to our lawyer, Zuleika for all her help in getting this done for us, she did a great job .

I unfortunately had my home damaged substantially by hurricane Ian 14 months ago. I filed a claim with my insurance company American Integrity 2 days after the storm. I never heard from anyone. So I called again. They said I didn’t file a claim even thou I had a claim number in my possession. 9 adjusters and 5 submitted pdf’s later I was insulted by their offer.They never initiated a call to me. Not once in 12 months . I hired a public adjuster they had the same luck as myself. It was recommended that I contact and hire Kuhn, Raslavich law firm. My attorney that was assigned to my case was Mr. Randy Lambert. Folks I can say enough good about Mr Lambert. 5 stars doesn’t do the man justice. He took the time to explain to me what was to be expected thru the process. He explain my legal rights. He informed me that from here on out the burden of dealing with the insurance company was on his shoulders. He returned my phone calls in a prompt manner. Kept me up to date with all pertain information and negotiations. Thru Mr Lambert’s efforts we were able to reach a settlement agreement with insurance. The conclusion to this claim would not have happened in a timely manner without attorney Randy Lambert efforts.
