I had an insurance claim with Heritage Insurance Company for wind and hail damage which they denied. I hired a Public Adjuster, Mr. Chris Foppiani who worked very hard, but Heritage would not agree to any fair settlement. Chris recommended the Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. Firm. I had issues with my homeowner's insurance. The insurance company refused to even discuss my claim. My claim was for wind damage. Attorney Roger Walker II worked on my claim against the insurance company, kept me well informed and got a settlement that will cover my roof replacement at no cost to me.

Ali KADIR and his staff were extremely exceptional at what they did for me. I had 2 claims with them and they communicated with me through out the process and where able to settle my claims.
