The reason for this is that Florida and Colorado law allows for attorney’s fees and costs to be charged directly to the insurance company. This simplifies the retention of our services.

- If we recover money for you, you get all of your money. We do not take any of your money. Instead we recover our attorneys fees and costs directly from the insurance company.
