Joseph P. Rosier, Esq.

Joseph P. Rosier is of counsel to Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. He brings years of litigation experience to Kuhn Raslavich gained through his time as an Assistant State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit (Hillsborough County), subsequent criminal defense work, and first party property litigation.

Mr. Rosier also practices health care compliance for national health care companies. Mr. Rosier is admitted to practice in all Colorado state courts and all federal courts in the District of Colorado, as well as all Florida state courts and all federal courts in the Middle District of Florida. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Florida State University, a Masters in Finance from University of Tampa, his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, and is a patented inventor.
