Macy Stutts Thompson, Esq.

Macy Thompson is a Litigation Attorney at Kuhn Raslavich, P.A., where she represents individuals and businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters. Licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, she is dedicated to guiding clients through complex disputes with clarity, precision, and effective advocacy.

Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout her career, including in personal injury and insurance matters, Macy brings a well-rounded perspective to litigated claims. She understands how claims are evaluated and defended by insurance companies and leverages that insight to anticipate challenges, streamline disputes, and position her clients for strong, practical results.

Macy earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Campbell University School of Law, where she was selected for membership in the prestigious Order of Barristers, a national honor reserved for those demonstrating exceptional skill in trial advocacy and legal writing. She further distinguished herself through national trial competition participation, received multiple awards for her oral advocacy, and served as a Comments Editor for the Campbell Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Wingate University.

Outside of her legal practice, Macy places a strong emphasis on family and enjoys life as a boy mom, along with traveling wherever there’s sunshine and a beach.
