Kevin M. Conneran is partner at Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. Prior to joining Kuhn Raslavich, P.A., Mr. Conneran worked for one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms. Mr. Conneran concentrated his practice on representing insurance companies against first-party property, subrogation, and assignment-of-benefits cases related to water damage, theft, fraud and fire claims. Mr. Conneran now works as an advocate for homeowners and business owners against insurance companies, using the valuable insights he gained when defending the very same types of claims.
Mr. Conneran was born and raised in South Florida. He attended the University of Florida obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management, cum laude, with a minor in Mass Communication. After completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Conneran earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Richmond School of Law. Mr. Conneran served as Technical Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology, the world’s first exclusively online law review. In addition, he served as Treasurer of the University of Richmond Virginia Bar Association Law School Council and was a member of the school’s Client Counseling and Negotiation Competition Board.
