Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. is a civil litigation firm representing clients throughout the State of Florida who have experienced, among other things, property damage, delayed/denied/underpaid insurance claims, personal injury, and unlawful collection efforts. Our Attorneys have decades of combined litigation experience.

Benjamin W. Raslavich, Esq.

Partner

Mr. Raslavich is a civil litigation attorney representing individuals, professionals and businesses throughout Florida. Ben has litigated hundreds of cases in Florida’s state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Ben is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, all federal and bankruptcy courts in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Ben holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Florida State University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law.​

Clayton T. Kuhn, Esq.

Mr. Kuhn is a civil litigation attorney representing individuals, professionals and businesses throughout Florida. Clay has litigated hundreds of cases throughout the state of Florida. Clay is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and all federal and bankruptcy courts in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Clay holds undergraduate degrees in real estate and finance from Florida State University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Florida International University School of Law.​ ​

Jennifer J. Smith, Esq.

Partner

Jennifer J. Smith is a Partner with Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. Jennifer has extensive trial and litigation experience. Formerly a Partner at a state-wide insurance defense firm, Jennifer has represented insurance carriers, corporations and individuals in all aspects of litigation through trial and appellate procedures. She has years of experience handling water damage claims, assignment of benefit cases, fire claims, hurricane, weather related claims, sink hole and collapse claims.

In addition to first party claims, Ms. Smith handles third party property damage claims involving Condominium Associations and property owners. Ms. Smith also handles coverage disputes, extra-contractual liability, including denials of insurance coverage and untimely claims handling. She also has extensive experience defending Examinations Under Oath and pre-suit related matters. Ms. Smith was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2017, 2018 and 2019, an honor afforded to only 2.5% of Florida Attorneys.

Ali A. Kadir, Esq.

Partner

Ali A. Kadir is a partner with Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. Prior to joining Kuhn Raslavich, P.A., he worked as in-house counsel trying cases for a well-known, national insurance company. Previously, he worked for a number of years as counsel for several reputable state-wide and national insurance defense law firms, and served as a criminal prosecutor. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Kadir has taken over 45 cases to jury trial as first chair counsel and thoroughly enjoys being an advocate on behalf of his clients and victims in front of juries.

Ali A. Kadir is a trial attorney and partner in the firm’s Orlando area office. His practice is primarily focused on obtaining justice for victims of serious personal injury and property damage claims, including automobile accidents, Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Michael. He has extensive experience litigating these claims in courts throughout Florida.

Mr. Kadir is a member of the Florida Bar Association and has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Pamela Clark, Esq.

Associate

Pamela Clark is an associate attorney at Kuhn Raslavich, P.A., Ms. Clark has a wide-ranging background in litigation. Prior to joining Kuhn Raslavich, Ms. Clark worked for an insurance defense firm where she represented some of the nation’s largest insurance carriers in homeowners’ insurance matters involving wind, water, hurricane, mold, and sinkhole claims. Ms. Clark also worked as a plaintiffs’ attorney where she represented individuals in consumer protection claims against the some of the nation’s largest banks and debt collection companies. Ms. Clark has litigated hundreds of cases throughout the state of Florida and has practiced in state, federal, and bankruptcy court. Ms. Clark now advocates for homeowners, using the skills and knowledge that she gained by litigating lawsuits both for and against large companies.

Ms. Clark received her undergraduate degree from Eckerd College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2013. While in law school, Ms. Clark worked as a law clerk at a personal injury firm, where she worked on cases involving auto accidents and injuries. She also served as the secretary of the Immigration Law Society, served as the Reform Chair of the Innocence Project of Florida – Stetson Chapter, and studied international business and contract law in China.

Kevin M. Conneran, Esq.

Kevin M. Conneran is an associate with Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. Prior to joining Kuhn Raslavich, P.A., Mr. Conneran worked for one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms. Mr. Conneran concentrated his practice on representing insurance companies against first-party property, subrogation, and assignment-of-benefits cases related to water damage, theft, fraud and fire claims. Mr. Conneran now works as an advocate for homeowners and business owners against insurance companies, using the valuable insights he gained when defending the very same types of claims.

Mr. Conneran was born and raised in South Florida. He attended the University of Florida obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management, cum laude, with a minor in Mass Communication. After completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Conneran earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Richmond School of Law. Mr. Conneran served as Technical Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology, the world’s first exclusively online law review. In addition, he served as Treasurer of the University of Richmond Virginia Bar Association Law School Council and was a member of the school’s Client Counseling and Negotiation Competition Board.

Hannah Diaz, Esq.

Hannah Diaz is an Associate Attorney at Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. Ms. Diaz has an extensive litigation background and has been integral in resolving thousands of claims for homeowners, contractors, auto accident victims, and medical providers across Florida. She brings years of experience as a prior claims adjuster for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies, and has since helped claimants recover millions of dollars through all phases of litigation.

Ms. Diaz received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, she worked as a full-time Paralegal/Office Manager, served as Managing Editor of the Environmental and Earth Law Journal, received the Environmental Honors Certificate, and received a Book Award for the highest grade in Mediation.

Ms. Diaz is a current member of the Florida Bar, Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County, Florida Justice Association, and Central Florida Gay & Lesbian Law Association. Ms. Diaz is also a published author in the Florida Coastal Law Review and a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator.

Lissette Eusebio, Esq.

Lissette Eusebio obtained a Bachelor of Science from Nova Southeastern University, focused on the Paralegal Studies. Subsequently, she graduated Cum Laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Eusebio focused her practice in third party general liability insurance defense including premises liability, negligent security, professional liability, wrongful death, complex litigation, first party property matters, Section 1983 claim, and maritime law. Ms. Eusebio also worked as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Justice working with Immigration Judges at the Executive Office for Immigration Review. She also completed a Clinical Teaching Fellowship at the Hofstra University, Maurice A. Deane School of Law, Deportation Defense Clinic, supervising law students’ representation of destitute detained immigrants.

Steven Hoffman, Esq.

Steven P. Hoffman is an associate with Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. Prior to joining Kuhn Raslavich, P.A., Mr. Hoffman worked for the largest insurance defense firm in Florida, representing individuals, professionals, and businesses throughout Florida. Mr. Hoffman specialized in the defense of construction defect claims on behalf of architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Mr. Hoffman also has extensive experience in breach of contract claims, mechanics’ liens, personal injury, premises liability and Engle progeny tobacco cases.

Mr. Hoffman is a second generation Floridian and a double Gator, earning both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Florida. Further, Mr. Hoffman received a Master of Arts degree from the Florida State University, where he served as an Italian Instructor.

Phillip Jones, Esq.

Philip Jones is an Associate Attorney at Kuhn Raslavich, P.A and focuses his practice on homeowners’ insurance matters, including water, windstorm, fire, mold, and hurricane claims. Mr. Jones has an extensive litigation background, that aids in his ability to effectively litigate cases on behalf of homeowners. Prior to joining Kuhn Raslavich, Mr. Jones worked for one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firm representing insurance carriers in various homeowners’ matters.

Mr. Jones received his undergraduate degree from the University of the Cumberlands and his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Jones is a current member of the Florida Bar, and New York Bar.

Colynn O’Brien, Esq.

Colynn O’Brien is an associate at Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. and focuses her practice on homeowners’ insurance matters, including water, windstorm, fire, mold, hurricane, and assignment of benefit claims. Prior to joining Kuhn Raslavich, Ms. O’Brien worked for a national insurance defense firm representing insurance carriers in various homeowners’ and personal injury protection matters.

Ms. O’Brien graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and earned her juris doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2013. While in law school, Ms. O’Brien was a law clerk at a general civil litigation firm, where she worked on cases involving foreclosure defense, breach of contract, copyright law, and landlord-tenant law. She was also the secretary of the International Law Society and studied abroad in Spain, where she learned comparative and immigration law.
